Looking for anyone who knows what the serial numbers mean on an A440F transmission? I was thinking month and year as one transmission has 6G 0372 stamped on the data plate, and it's from a 1988 FJ62 so that would fit, 6=June and G=7 for 1987. Another A440F has Serial number 7J 0204, so is that 7th month (July), J=10th year, (1990)?
