Just got the idea a few weeks ago when I saw a bunch of old Volvos down at Juanita Beach (Kirkland), why not try to get some of the "mud" people in the Seattle area together for a few hours and a bit to eat, etc.

My suggestion would be a Saturday in July around lunch at Juanita Beach (nice spot, good parking, close to the venerable "Spuds" for the areas best fish&chips, and if dragging on, walking distance to a few bars).

Juanita Beach is at the north end of Kirkland, just west off 98th Avenue NE at 116th Street NE, or exit 20A off the I-405 freeway.

Not sure there's any interest, but leaving it open here. Any takers?

great idea, but should be in events for more audience...

Good point, my bad!

Was just about to ask "how do I move it" but see you already did it :-)

We have a yearly BBQ in September at golden gardens. I'm also up for meeting before that. We also have meetings every 2nd tuesday of each month at 6:30pm at Zeek's pizza on phinney ridge next to woodland park zoo.

That or come over to my house and check out all our cruisers at the shop!

I am in redmond and that sounds like a fun time to me. should set the date a little early that way I might be able to get work off. Bull were is your shop I might be interested in stopping by and checking things out.

Don't forget that Cruiser Days is happening again this year on Aug 11th in BC. Sound like there will be a good showing, and you can come check out all those funky RHD diesel Cruisers that are coming into Canada: https://forum.ih8mud.com/showthread.php?t=140611

Hope the intrusion and posting up is ok.
