This is a full frame off restore '66, with a 2f, power steering, and disc brakes.
Pained dune tan. Said he has 25k invested.

No, I asked what he wanted for it and he mentioned the 25k invested number. Think he just want's a reasonable offer. It's out of my budget right now...Besides, I'd rather r&r one myself.
