Anyone having trouble with SolveFunction recently? (1 Viewer)

Ordered his rear hatch window replacement over 2 months ago and still no info on shipment. A little over a month ago he said it should be out shortly and 5 days ago I emailed him about maybe just doing a refund and haven’t heard anything back. Ordered from him in past without issue at all but now I’m having WitsEnd flashbacks (lost about $350 to Joey)
