anyone have LC 79 frame dimensions drawing ? (1 Viewer)

I'm using the 80 rolling chassis b/c I want coils, elockers and strength. I finally got a the 80 stripped and have taken some rough measurements.
With stock 80 rims there is about 4" difference total. I imagine with some narrower rims and skinny tires it would take away half the difference. I really don't want to have to run flare...I guess time will tell.

I will start up a build thread to help others...which I do whenever I can. It won't be an "i'm awesome and my trucks bigger/better than yours.

I just found this post from some time ago.

How is the project going? i also have some ideas about a 7 series body on a 80 frame.

I have seen in france 2 hdj73..and what mistake i did not to buy one of them, hzj73 body on a shorten hdj80 frame and drive-train.

It makes a fantastic rig, and with 7.50r16 on 6x16 old patrol rims the sidewalls are only 15mm outside the body without flares.

Big job but nice compromise..HDJ73
