Noise starts at 60mph, stays constant with speed changes, and is absent below that. Wheel rotation and balancing didn’t help. Considering u-joints, seeking second opinions before diagnostics. Thanks.

Yea that's what i was hoping but the rotate/balance today would've either fixed the issue or moved the sound to another area.If I'm hearing what I think you are hearing, it could be an issue with the rubber on/in one of your tires. I chased something very similar back in my GX470 days, and after alignments, rotations, and road-force balancing, they eventually replaced the offending tire. Manufacturing defect. Similar rhythmic sound as of ~50MPH, slight steering wheel shimmy (which I think the video shows), and plenty of tail chasing. Tire manufacturing is part sorcery, which is difficult to account for in production process controls. Other issues could be: a well-disguised tire injury of some kind or a sloppy bushing somewhere along the chain of steering components; the latter is less likely, because you'd probably have symptoms at lower speeds as well.
