Anyone have any idea what this rattling/vibrating noise is from?

Noise starts at 60mph, stays constant with speed changes, and is absent below that. Wheel rotation and balancing didn’t help. Considering u-joints, seeking second opinions before diagnostics. Thanks.

If I'm hearing what I think you are hearing, it could be an issue with the rubber on/in one of your tires. I chased something very similar back in my GX470 days, and after alignments, rotations, and road-force balancing, they eventually replaced the offending tire. Manufacturing defect. Similar rhythmic sound as of ~50MPH, slight steering wheel shimmy (which I think the video shows), and plenty of tail chasing. Tire manufacturing is part sorcery, which is difficult to account for in production process controls. Other issues could be: a well-disguised tire injury of some kind or a sloppy bushing somewhere along the chain of steering components; the latter is less likely, because you'd probably have symptoms at lower speeds as well.

Could be many things. Id agee it could be in the power distribution, specifically any bearings. Potentially wheel bearing too. Chassis ears might be useful to help isolate the source.

Yea that's what i was hoping but the rotate/balance today would've either fixed the issue or moved the sound to another area.

How long has it been since the F/R driveshafts were greased.
