Kelly did the airintake hose break? Im assuming it did. You can duct tape it together. Worked on mine when it broke the first time I checked the air filter. Freaking 12 year old rubber parts>LOL
What is it with you guys and Universal?? s*** they order parts for me that they don't even show part numbers for. I guess they are for more advanced customers. BTW, the only way to tell if anyone "in town" has a part is to call, no automated system.
I should mention again that no one has to only go to Universal Toyota. We have an account at Cavender and I set one up at Red McCombs.

No offense but IMO Cdan is over rated. I've never found his price to be at such a discount that paying shipping would be worth it. Even if he had it in stock, typical orders will be had out of Houston next day for local dealerships. He is undoubtably a great source of 'cruiser specific knowledge. I would also counter that the parts guys are a revolving door. I've deal with Caesar who is now in the back of parts for over 10yrs and he is the best to deal with. Tony up front is great but by no means a parts guru. I haven't seen a new parts guy in years and that would only be Javiar. By advanced customers, I go in with a part number and I'm out. I don't expect the guys to go the extra mile to track a part down. Making the sale or not, yours and even my business is very small cheese for them, take it in perspective. Do I care if anyone likes Universal, no. I just cannot see how I've never had any problems in over 10yrs and everyone else has issues.
