That it is, Unoman. 1Q was the first quarter in quite a few years where the % of folks quitting their jobs was higher than the % being let go. To me, that signals a bit more confidence in the economy than we have had in quite awhile, and might finally be the labor market turning into a seller's market. If and when it does, all the employers that have treated their folks like shi* had better add some budget for HR....
