eBay Anyone familiar with this vehicle?

Toyota: Land Cruiser 4DOOR

I guess this is a HJ62, not sure what that chrome bar is on the passenger side. Looks really nice but very little intrest and I figured someone on here would have thoughts or an opinion why.

This rig is in my backyard but I've never gotten the seller to answer even the most basic questions so I've avoided it.

Its a LHD Euro HJ (from Lithuania it seems). The chrome tube extended up the right side is a (very ugly) snorkle I imagine. Also hate the choice of wheels, diamond plated sliders(?) and front bull bar. I couldnt figure out if theres a winch mount hidden in there, which would make it functional at least, if still ugly.

I love the low roof line though (not a fan of the herse look on the JDMs) so I've always been intrigued, but its been for sale on CL here and on ebay since last summer at least, so I'm curious if any mudders have seen it and what they thought

I agree with the ugly additions, but otherwise looks like a nice clean rig. Iasked the seller some questions too with no response to date. I think I'll avoid it too. Thanks for the input.
