I have a 3-bedroom guest house in Prescott Valley. It is on offer for weekends. It is a limited time offer. It only lasts until it is sold. Our market is faster than the cities. Houses offered here do sell out pretty quick.
We are looking at $100-$125 per weekend, as long as you leave it clean. That is the cost of a decent hotel around here for just one night. We don't care about one night or a long weekend, or how many guests. Just leave it clean, like your own house! Don't leave a mess.
It is lightly furnished. It has two Futon beds and a table and chairs in the dining nook. It has one sofa at the present time. Bring some of your own deck chairs, as well as picnic dinnerware and cooking pans. There is a full working kitchen, except that the dishwasher needs help. Dishwashing is by hand. The fridge is cold enough for beer.
It is within 1/3 mile of the downtown, where Foreigner is playing on September 18. The Fry's grocery and several bars and eateries are also there.
All that the owner asks is a $200 deposit for a stay, and that you do not damage the wallpaper in the kitchen. You may stay as long as you like, and the longer you stay, the cheaper it gets. Just leave it the way that you found it! Clean it up before you leave.
It is a decent little house. Several others have used it for weekends.
It seems to me that 10-20 cruiserheads could shack up in the place if everybody got along well. There is plenty of parking space. There are plenty of trails going just about everywhere within a few miles. It's a fun place to spend a weekend, like a little vacation!
The place is in Prescott Valley, where we rarely see any snow, even in winter. But we are surrounded by snow-covered hills all around us in season. The rest of the year, we have the perfect climate.
Our monsoon here is either rain or shine. We have rain to beat the band, or sunshine. I have driven down a 6% grade in a blinding rain, only to break into a sun-blessed area with totally dry pavement. I have done the same off-road. We have a storm that comes down from the mountains and drenches an area, and poof! it is gone! I look 100 feet away to see rivers running, and where I am there is no water. Or the other way around. It is so cool! Weather is awesome to watch!
In any case, anyone who wants to visit the area, be here quick, before the hut is sold. We have buyers looking. The hut is here for a short time. Make use of it if you can!:bounce:
PM or e-mail if you want to hang out.
