It is the ARB combination bar that fits 98-02 models. I bought it very slightly used about 2-3 years ago. Since then it has been heavily used and shows some good wear. It has scratches and gouges, bent somewhat (fixable). It did not come with the original hardware so I purchased grade 8 (IIRC) bolts and MaddBaggins "fabbed" up some spacers that still do the job. It bolts onto the truck just fine.
It is not perfect, but with some paint and a press to bend it, it could be really close to it. It is still a lot better than the Tupperware that is stock.
I will take some pictures and post them later. I am selling it for $350 and would like to sell it locally. It is big and heavy and shipping would not be very reasonable. Currently it is on my truck, if somebody wants it, I will need to wait for my new bumper before removing this one. I can work out those details with prospective buyers.
