Anybody looking for a 60?

I saw this near the corner of Alvernon/Speedway, no affiliation, I thought I'd post it in case anyone's looking. I couldn't get those numbers on the sheet to add up. Definitely needs some TLC, but looked pretty solid.

I'm confused. So, is he selling for $2,932? It says "make me an offer" and he lists the "total" as $2,932, but that maintenance sure doesn't add up to $3k.

The underside looks quite similar to my 74 piggy. Same rust brown color and flat springs...
