just spoke to the salesmen, said it was last serviced at 90k and there are no leaks or unusual noises from the motor

It's got the less desirable single-knob climate control stack (maybe all LX have that?). My 99 has the dual knobs. Other than that, looks clean from those pics. Check the steering rack, I bet it's leaking, question is how bad.
