I'm struggling to tell if that's lipstick on a pig or not (non-factory paint job, engine bay looks a bit rough, engine bay and door jams don't match the exterior re-spray, undercoating which makes me wonder how big of a pain it'd be to work on and if it's hiding any rust).

Not sure where the 5spd market is on the 3rd gen now, but other than the supercharger I'd rather have a similar mileage stock truck from the southern US if paying 5spd premium pricing unless this is what you're after for mods.
