any thoughts on the coleman hot dog??

I like the fact that it has a tank. Im personally looking for something that I could air tires with and possibly use for some air tools. What does everyone think? there is a model 1 step bigger than this as well.

1 CFM @ 40 PSI. Quite wimpy. Won't do much in air tools. Take a look at the CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) and pressure for the tools you wish to use. Take the highest, and you need a compressor that can deliver at least that pressure and CFM or it needs a large tank.

For those functions you wouldn't need a tank. You could use something smaller like an MV50.
