any suggestions for a machine shop/fabricator in burnaby, bc?

do any of you fine canadians know of an inexpensive shop/garage where i can get a couple of small things done?

i need a couple of specific bends put into a piece of steel (the piece is about 13" x 3" and about 3/8" thick). this is for the mounting plate for a simjack gear shift lock.

i need two small pieces of 1/4" metal stock (or something) about 8" x 1-1/2" to mount a tuffy box. and some holes drilled in them.

also need a place to pick up some decent nuts and bolts for mounting said tuffy box.

silly, i know, but having just moved, i do not have access to all of my tools or a garage right now.

I am not in BC but I do believe the guy who owns EBI, Steve Teto is the president of Coastal Cruisers. They are the local TLCA club up your way. Try him or G and S Cruisers, also up your way.
