Any point trying to sell my old (busted) LJ78 turbo and tranny?

Another infamous 2LTE Prado problem...YES I know they suck, but that's what I have and for now I'm stuck with it as is.

Anyway, my automatic transmission just bit the dust and I am wondering if there is any point in trying to sell it in that condition...will anyone buy it to rebuild and resell? I'd appreciate some insight, I am NOT mechanically inclined at all but would love to recoup a few of the bucks this repair is costing!

I also have my old Turbo from a previous repair...same question. Is it worth anything at all?

Put it up for sale on eBay/CL etc., see what happens.

The body is worth something.
Another engine could be put in it.
If my 77 got in the accident I would be looking at buying yours...

I have a few of these transmissions at my shop if you need one. They are typically very durable, handling much larger engines than the diminutive 2LTE.

I already found a replacement transmission but I will keep your business in mind for the future, my uncle lives near to you and could pick stuff up for me
