Any good place to inspect an 03 LC in Rockville MD

Find an 03 LC with 53K mileage in Rockville MD, anyone knows a good place for inspection, before I waste my hard earn $$$$

I ran a Carfax on it, and it is one owner with no accident, but on the safe side, better have someone to double check.

I bought mine last year from Lexus of Rockville. The only thing I think they stretched on was tread wear. Otherwise they inspected it and replaced typical wear items like the wipers, serpentine belt, etc. and the vehicle has been great.
