Any FJ45 LWB/SWB in the Southeast?

I have been looking for a 45 for awhile but havent seen many around the southeast thats not $10,000 plus. looking for something thats not eaent up with alot of rust but will be some sort of project. If any of you 45 guys know of any please post them. thanks
