Any clue what lift and tire size?

I'm ready to lift my LC... I want this exact stance.

I'm pretty sure these are K02's - but I want to know what size tires and lift are on this amazing rig.

Any ideas?

Hard to tell but looks like 2.5 inch susp with 295/70r18 ko2's
