I've only mentioned this to a couple people but...I've been thinking about changing up my vehicles and the FJC became the one to go to the chopping block. I've enjoyed building it up and wheeling the crap out of it but its reached the end of its useful life for us.

I posted it up on FJCforums for sale and got a hit right away. The sale went through and I've brokered it to get this...

It will fit on the concrete pad on the side of my house and not violate any CCR's imposed by the Prestonwood yuppies. I'll tow it to the trailhead with the FJ45 once I get the ultralight trailer.

Sorry to have kept this secret but I had to keep this change quiet to help facilitate the sale of the FJC...

I'm on my way over to confirm it Jerry :)

Well, apparently not an April Fool's. Jerry was not home, but this buggy was in the driveway and no FJC! This thing is bad ass! I didn't have time to really look it over good, but I will say Jerry will be going places the rest of us will enjoy watching! Nice acquisition Jerry! Jealous.

I tried calling him, but no answer. My guess is he bought the buggy before actually selling the FJC. For all I know he drove the FJC somewhere (work probably). I knew he had something brewing, but I didn't think for a sec it would be anything like this. He very well may be pulling our legs about selling the Yellow Turtle, but either he bought the buggy or there is some other reason he's got it at his house.

This thing looks to be TOP NOTCH. I will be going back over there after work fo' sho'.

you planning on doing King of the Hammers next year in that thing? My buddy just went out there in his buggy again for a little post race fun and to watch the actual race.

Nice buggy if its really true!

Yeah I saw that on facebook..... didn't believe it for a second though.

Andrea tried that on me one time as an April fools joke. Not falling for it I picked her up and told her I was going to throw her down the stairs to solve the problem. She hasn't tried that again since. :grinpimp:

wow! violent....

Yeah, you guys are smart enough to fall for this easily seen through prank.

I thought the easy thing to pick apart was that I'd use the FJ45 as a tow rig but nobody picked up on that.

Oh well, my lame attempt at an April Fool's prank, thanks to Ramon for trying to put some validity to it without any prodding on my part.

No, I'm keeping the FJC for the time being, unless someone gives me a fair offer...
