another newbie from Perth

Got my 100 TD 8 months ago, shiny like jenksy's one. But hey ..... lest get him dirty. that the way a like to see my 4by. Ohhh not muddy .... just plain red australian dust. I hate fishing 4bys from the mud.
Had a 80 series .. good old truck ... 250k .. but not guts... no turbo ... and towing a CT and all the beer .... she was a bit on the slow side... Could see the bloody roos jumping next to me .. laughting there guts out .. so slow I was going up the mini hills. On the way down ... it was a different story .. thanks God ..
Now, with the new baby, well catche me if ya can. ( I talking to the roos .. here )
I like your forum , and I'm sure, we will share many ideas and pics.

Ohh by the way, I'm from Perth too

Welcome! Nice truck (lucky u get TDs out there in aussie). One little thing as you become a fellow mudder, put the year/model of your 100 in your signature line to better help identify what rig you drive if you ever need to ask a question.

Not to hijack the thread, Dandon, but I saw some pictures of your cruiser in the famous "Thread no. 1" and they look cool as heck. I also saw your "jump" in google. That is you, right? It seems like you caught a bunch of flak for getting your 100 "airborne."

So far, not much as been done appart from the ARB bull bar, Hella pencil beam, Rhino roof bars and manage to fit my laptop on top of center console ( got my Gps hooked up on it) Next, Safari snorkel, and the drawers are on the drafting board. Will build them myself ( gotta watch were I spend the $, so the missus can spend more on her side )
