another avatar problem....

Trying to update my avatar with a "moving" gif file. I have irfranview. When I go to Image, resize isn't highlighted.

Also, do I change this file to a jpeg to get it to move?

animated jpg's don't exist...only .gif images.

irfanview also wont address animated gif's either...I think...lol

Woody, but it sure does play pretty with the program irfanview. How can I load it up?

Iam not sure about infaview, but in imageready/photoshop I have to change all my files to gifs...then start to mess with the animation, then save back as a gif.
