Hi there

As I mentioned in my early post - I work within the mining industry in South Australia, my roll "Emergency Service Officer"

We run predominately Toyota within the mine, and I thought I would post a couple of pictures of our rescue vehicles.

Rescue 6x6 - based on a 79 series Turbo Diesel with extended chassis. This vehcile carries all our lighting and cutting gear for vehicle accidents.

Ambulance - its based on a 79 series cab chasis - turbo diesel with extended chassis - they are built in Western Australia

I hope you all like

Nice!!!!

Convert the ambulance into a camper and that would be a great fishing truck for the mountains....

Nice 6 x 6 .

Wayne, is it TL engineering who does the ambulance bodies in WA?

hi there

Hi there Rosco

The Ambulance is converted by a company (Paul & Warne) in WA - dont hold me to this but I will check.

The 6x6 is a briggs kit system but built by All Track in Adelaide.

I hope this helps

PS its my last night shift and heading home to the family in the am.

Hi there

Hi there

We many thanks for your interest.

I will post some pictures of our general run around vehicles next week.

All of our light vehicles U/G are toyotas - ranging from 78 tray tops - 78 troopies with the side axcess doors and the arkarna busses (another WA built vehicle)

We have a toyota grave yard on site which would make most toyota people cry - the life span of our u/g vehicles is approx 2 years with rust being the biggest killer (U/G conditions are stated to be (10) times worse than the ocean)

Before anyone askes they do not sell any of our old fleet from U/G. I forgot to tell you in prior e-mails we mine copper gold silver and uranium (U308)

Catch you all later

Wayne

 Beer oclock.

:flamingo: sorry for the pink flamingo but my 5 year old daughter "Jessica" is sitting on my lap while I am typing - and she wanted it.
