Ambulance door wire clip/holder

I have an 11/79 FJ40. Does anyone have a picture of the two wire clips/holders that hold the wires to the rear ambulance door for the license plate light wires?

I have three clips on this 77 door. My guess 79 was the same. 8/80 the bolt on cover started.

Thanks, those appear to be made of metal. IIRC mine were made out of plastic. I do have the exact same three holes as your doors. I am having a hard time finding them on the OE parts schematic. I don't need OEM just something similar that would do the job.

I have a 10//75 FJ40 that has spot welded clips. Here is a door of a 5/84 HJ47RV that has a cover and still has spot welded metal clips. Probably considered part of the door skin with no separate part number.
