Anyone happen to have an Amayama sticker or decal? I'm trying to get a hi-res image, but everything I've found online is way too fuzzy. (Example below is 25dpi. I need more like 300, which is print-grade.) So I'm going to need to take a photo of an actual, physical image. Thanks for any help!

It's going to take higher resolution to get a usable vector simply by running the available images through a program. I used to do that all the time in illustrator when I worked at a print shop, but don't have those programs anymore. The best version I was able to find was by zooming in on their webpage and doing a screen copy of the logo. My editing programs are no longer fancy, and I wasn't able to do a whole lot with it, but I think it's a possibility with the right programs and some manual input, especially if you can find the font. I did a font search with the website logo, but it didn't give me any accurate results...

Took a shot with PowerPoint. Cleaned up the tires and circle with "shapes". Found a close font and played with the "a". The site would not let me attached a .pptx so it is in .pdf.

I’ll see if I can get it cleaned up later tonight (for the fun of it if nothing else)

Have you come across this one? Slightly larger file than your screengrab. Also have you tried using inspect element to pull the actual file off the amayama site - instead of taking a screenshot?

I ran it though a font search engine and got so many that allllmost match, it’s like they used three different fonts for the logo. Tiny serif on the A but nothing on the M. Lots of fonts that match one of the two but none that match both.

I did the screen grab from their Facebook page which was a larger image. It looks like yours with the logo above the name. But still a low resolution. Google image search didn't find anything better.
I could not find a font with a serif and a racetrack in the middle of the "a". Only teardrops.

Not perfect but I'm tired . . .

You COULD open this in inkscape and use the trace bitmap function to get a vector copy. It’s free and open-source, no Adobe :poop:
Oooh.

Who knew this would generate so much interest? Thank you for the work! Eventually--they had to look around--I managed to get an svg file from the company...

Want to take pix of new parts I'm using, and get the source's logo in the shot. Amayama almost always has the best prices...
