Am I missing a cover/what is this? (15 Viewers)

I’ve noticed these wires hanging on the (left) driver side just hanging down. I don’t seem to notice them on other LX 470s (haven’t seen any land cruisers recently to compare). Seems like maybe a cover is missing. But I also haven’t spent enough time try and figure out what or where the wires are coming from.

Anyone know what they are? Am I missing something?

yes there is a plastic cover that hides all that stuff
