Alternative to AMSOIL

I been running my 12ht on amsoil for many years. however i am now on travel, currently in Alaska and want to change my oil. What is a good alternative to Amsoil? I am running the AME marine grade. thx

i don't believe there is a substitute for amsoil... proof is in the pudding if you get your oil analysed at a lab. I am running amsoil-15w40 marine grade. next best thing i hear is penzoil/shell

but i love my amsoil in my cruiser I can go 40K km between oil changes based on lab results.
I wouldn't mind trying penzoil and doing a oil analyst every 10K km to see if it truly is as good the other option is use any diesel motor oil you like and just change it frequently.

I like redline 15-40 diesel. According to the oil geeks at bobistheoilguy they have a high quality base like amsoil. Mobile 1 is also well regarded although I've not found a synthetic 15-40 from them.

I'm running CdnTire 5-50 F1 synthetic 5:1 with Amsoil AME 15-40 synthetic diesel & marine and Purolator One PL30001 filter. 10k to 12k km w/ engine oil analysis showing no wear anomalies.
