This 1966 FJ40 is in almost new, almost original condition. You have to see it in person to appreciate the money and love that has gone into this vehicle. Have $16,000 into it, but am letting it go for $9500 (OBO). I have too many project vehicles and this one is complete. Please call Shel at 520-883-1085 for questions or to schedule a meeting. Believe me, these pictures do not do this vehicle justice!

UPDATED!! 1966 FJ For Sale

Here is some more information about the FJ:

The 1966 FJ-40 LandCruiser was first registered in September 1966. It is a two owner vehicle. Each owner has owned it for 21 years. The first owner used it summers only to go to archaeological digs in Mexico. The second and present owner is a retired Civil Engineer who has restored it to its current condition. It has a total of 135,000 miles. The original 6 cylinder engine has approximately 7500 miles on an engine out rebuild. A plate is installed on the transfer case and the vehicle is set up for a power take off. The current owner has receipts totaling $15,481.11.

The vehicle was driven to San Bernardino, California for dis-assembly and painting. No rust on body. An Arizona vehicle. All the gauges work. At one time, it was used by the current owner as a daily driver on a mining project. It worked out very well. It was also was used rarely on long trips, but 55 to 60 mph is cruising speed. Selling as pictured. All accessories included along with receipts and paperwork. there are a few small items that need to be done like hooking up the driving lights and fixing a rattle in the tail gate etc. There are very few if any 1966 FJ-40's in this condition.

That is a sexy beast. Why can't I be independently wealthy? Bump for a clean Cruiser.
