So I put on a leveling kit was unhappy with that, so I then put on a 4 inch lift with 35 s,cant, kept eating away on the inside of the tires, had it in multiple times for a alignment that always came back barely out of alignment any ideas what I might have going on. Thanksfor the ideas.

I lifted for my tundra. maybe about 3-inch Icon coilover- FRONT and 3 inch lift block with bilstien 6112s. - REAR. had issues aligning front due to rubber bushings / cams cant be turned due to age- 2008 CM. used a can of PB blaster and wds and patiently loosened the bolts and nuts in my own driveway, then returned to the shop for the second alignment. no problem aligning second time. if this is not the cause of the problem maybe try another shop for second opinion but it will cost you.

post up to other tundra sites like tundra talk etc, im sure they will have input for you.

I had my '15 Tundra leveled and am having the same problem. Wearing the outside edges of the tires. Wish I had noticed earlier. I will be taking to the dealer and telling them they basically ruined my tires, and need to fix the alignment.

They usually give you reading of alignment print out of whats the acceptable range.
