I've purchased a few Chinese items over the years. While these aren't perfection, the bigger issue might be installation. I've found that the Chinese are good at copying things but it's not always 1 to 1 and that the result requires modification to make it work right. Almost everything I buy from Aliexpress or Ebay from China I expect to have some type of fitment issue.
Having $2200 in bumpers arrive and not being able to mount either one without major modification would be a huge disappointment.
I've seen these on eBay as well and wondered. They look okay but not the best.

Yea they aren’t that much cheaper to take the risk vs American made in my opinion
I fitted the rear version on a buddies '96 about 3 years back. Previously my only rear bumper experience was with 4x4Labs and as expected the aliexpress version is not even close. I was able to fit it by myself because none of it was made with steel thick enough to be heavy. Functionally it worked just fine and he carries a 33" spare on it. It is still working OK today so there is that.
