H55f trans with fully rebuilt manual splitcase. Just rebuilt this split transfer case with a terrain tamer overhaul kit which includes all new koyo bearings. The h55 shifter is for a left hand drive configuration and includes a new shifter bushing. Split case also got a new oil slinger for the front output bearing. All the shifters and gates for the tcase are accounted for and the knob is included as well. The output flanges got a couple of new studs pressed in. Also the unit comes with the pictured late model cross member mount.

3000 buyer pays shipping from Huntsville Alabama. This unit is ready to drop in and go and any weekend warrior can install it in a 40 or 60 or 62 since the tcase overhaul is already done.

The extension housing was removed after these photos, the gasket and counter shaft nut replaced and torqued to spec of 94lbs and properly staked.

This setup was vacuum actuated and i sourced the bits to change it over to manual shift 4wd. The provision in the case i drilled ant tapped with the correct 15mmx1.5 tap. The actuator shaft was replaced and the spring ball and detent plug installed. I also purchased a new hi/low actuator lever since those are slightly different as well.
