I installed front suspension but was trying to trick the rear but it won't trick. I pulled the tems fuse, was that wrong?

Yes, TEMS fuse shuts down the adjustable shocks, fuse under the hood and relay shut down the air suspension. To clear a suspension fault, disconnect the battery.

So when you unplug the connectors from the stock shocks do you need to pull a fuse in order not to get a fault or do you only have to disconnect the battery to get rid of the fault?
So say you want to keep the rear air suspension functional but have replaced the front shocks, do you need to remove any fuses?

If you just unplug the shocks you will not get any lights on the dash.

I unplugged the "TEMS" fuse under the dash panel and it knocked out the power to the rear airbags. I thought I had to remove this fuse when I removed the front shocks but I was wrong. You only have to remove the fuse if you remove the rear airbags.
