Finally got it on the road after taking forever to finish up installation of HD Automotive turbo kit. Pulsar GTX3582R. It a 1996 LX450 everything else stock including factory air box and exhaust, single cat. Wastegate is 5 PSI The AFR gauge is AEM EUGO with the new FAE sensor about 7” from turbo outlet. I’m seeing roughy 14.0-14.5 under low boost 2-3 PSI. If I get off the throttle fast I’m seeing the AFR drop to 12.5-13 which seems odd. Under normal deceleration I’m seeing the usual high AFR’s. I haven’t really went to WOT to see if the AFR’s drop and hit 5 psi. Only drove it maybe 9 miles in town.

Im assuming I just haven’t reached the open loop due to throttle position. I did change the factory O2 sensor to a Denso 234-4630 which is a threaded style instead of the factory flange style. Was easier to for me to tig weld the bung instead of the thick flange to thinner material. I did the research on the sensor as it’s an upstream for a 2002 Lexus SC430 and should be the same, ect. No CEL lights so far.

Take it on the open road and hammer it. You should see 11-12 AFR at WOT, the computer won’t over fuel just cruising around on low boost your afr will remain in the 13-14.
Thanks for the information. Just wanted to be sure.
