Wondering if anyone has installed an Air/Fuel mix gauge on their trucks?

Opinions on usefulness ?

I'm thinking of an wide-band analog one like this LINKY

Digital ones might drive me crazy at night as I'm going to install in the dash.

:hhmm:

Other than it's possible usefulness as a set up or diagnostic tool do you really need one in your dash. Unless you can change it while driving don't quite understand the need for it.

That's not a bad price for one.

I have used Zeitronix and PLX devices Wideband O2's but never that one you showed.

Data logging capability can be handy with them, that one does not do data logging.

Edit, meant PLX

I have a (now old) Innovate LM-1 that I've been using for years,
and it logs enough channels to be very useful.
That said, I plug it into a street car, fuss with it for a while-
then put it back into the race car. As Tony points out above,
it's invaluable for getting jetting sorted out- and then it's kinda
superfluous.
But for getting a carb tuned, it's WELL worth the money.
Especially if you're not a carb person...
