Hi there ih8mud I just joined after a recent purchase of a 2013 LC. I have been on here non stop ever since the purchase reading and updating myself on various issues.

My issue at present is the LC air-conditioner. When I purchased the vehicle I noticed that the AC was not running cold so I pointed it out to the garage people that were selling the car. They did a recharge and promptly the driver side vents started to blow cold air. Yesterday as I was driving with my daughter in the 2nd row passenger side, I noticed that her air was not cold. I then reached over to the front seat passenger side and also noticed that the air was not cold.
Why is front driver's side the only side with cold air?

Also I have read basically all the threads and I still do t have an answer on where the rear condenser drain is located, the beverage cooler condenser and the front condenser. I would like to do a foam flush and clean those condensers myself. Is it possible to gain access to the front one via the air exhaust in the dash? Pictures would be greatly appreciated if you guys have any. Thanks for your time guys.

Welcome!

First, have the HVAC checked for leaks. If a recharge promptly got cold air, it's likely there is a leak.

Second, Air at different temps in vents is a known defect with the HVAC servos. Here is the TSB for the problem. There is an extended warranty for the fix.

I would not do a foam flush unless you know there is a problem with the condensers. Get the leak and servo reset fixed first. The rear drain is under the left rear just behind the tire. You can find exploded parts diagrams at several on line parts site, including

Condenser drain is at the top of the trans tunnel above the transmission. Practically impossible to access with the trans in place… it’s hard enough to even see the thing.

I agree, find the leak, fix it, charge AC, drive on. If the vehicle has corrosion the lines going into the rear AC unit above the muffler are a common leak location

Wow thank you very much for the information. Do you think the extended warranty will apply to my 2013 LC?
