Last month a rear shock burst so we replaced it and refilled the sytem with synthetic dextron until our AHC ravenoil arrived. The truck re levelled itself after install and all was well until we started towing and the dreaded off sign started flashing and the ride was un level. We then decided to bleed the system and refill however we could not get any of the active systems to work at all manually or on techstream. We tried to cleared the codes and the same ones came back + a few more while we were testing the relays and fuses. I now can not acess the ecu via techstream to reset diag codes. B+ is low which makes me think it has gone into fail safe more. I have tested the solenoid for the accumulator and check the pump is making plenty pressure and pouring out fluid out of the accumulator bleeder. I also tested the solenoid on the accumulator by power it up manually and all was fine it released its pressure.
So to recap:
- B+ low (relay replaced and tested, get 12v+ if I by pass relay)
- Solenoid on accumulator works manually
- Cant read fault codes on tech stream but can manually doing blink test
- Control module tested out well for resitance test
- Active test will not work manually or with techstream
- All fuses and relays working ( swapped pump relay out with ABS)
- Sensor test on AHC all working well (brakes switch, Steering etc)
Not sure where to go next, why wont techtream clear codes on ahc or connect to read them ?
Any help appreciated, I have attached a screen shot.
