have an 06 cruiser and about to add the ARB front and rear bumper with tire pullout. Have read differing opinions on how the AHC will perform with the extra weight. I talked to several knowledgeable people and assured me it would be fine. Any one have any experience with adding similar mods to their cruiser?

At minimum, you will most likely need to crank the torsion bars up front and add shims to the rear springs until your pressures are within spec. Beyond that, it's up to your individual needs as to whether you need to go with bigger t-bars (standard LC t-bars are a cheap upgrade), upgraded rear springs (King makes a set specifically for AHC) and/or airbags. First step though, make sure your AHC is in good working order and your neutral pressures are good.

As stated above

1) bleed the system, not required but unless it's been recently done get fresh fluid in the system. With one can from lexus/toyota you can do the entire system.

2) get your current pressures

3) install your armor

4) recheck pressures. Always turn both torsion bars the same amount unless your trying to level the front.

One full clock wise turn of both bars will lower the front pressure approximately 0.23 that will give you a good starting point. Example of your front pressure is 7.4 and spec is calling 6.9 +\- 0.5 two turns will bring you back to 6.9.
