Hello Mudders.

I have an 06' LX470 that at one point had functioning AHC. This truck was dealer kept with one owner.
The story is the lady was having issues with AHC (not exactly sure what) and the dealer was going to charger her X for the repair and she did not want to pay so she had a non dealer shop partially remove AHC and put in suspension for cheaper than dealer quote.

Yay for me. They didn't even empty the fluid in the reservoir.

I am looking for Diagrams on AHC system. My fuse for AHC has been removed. I am going to add pictures of my car to better understand what I have/what I need.
For now this is what I have for part numbers and diagram's.

I have been watching removal videos to get an idea of all of the components but I am wondering if anyone here knows anyone who has reinstalled their AHC?
I know there is a Save AHC crew and a Remove AHC crew, what is the verdict if the system is partially removed? To me it looks like shocks/maybe springs were removed and lines were cut and plugged and fuse removed on my vehicle. I am unsure if torsion bars were replaced. my guess is no since the previous owner seemed to not want to put money in to this vehicle the way she once had.

Any thoughts on removing completely vs revamping?

I am looking to turn this into a permanent overland vehicle. I am only planning on daily driving it for about another year.

Pictures from current setup to come.

If there lines were cut, you'd need to lift the body off the frame to install new lines. The only line that's easy to replace, is the right rear, the driver's rear i've tried so many times and i cannot get it out. Can't imagine how hard it is to get it back in, especially if your truck is rusted.

You're going down a rabbit hole with this one, and it goes deep my friend, don't waste your time and money.

I am part of the Save AHC crew, but in this case you may be stuck with static suspension.

I would try to figure out exactly where things were cut/removed, and build a parts list.

Do you know why she went this route? IE: What had failed that she didn't want to replace? Could be globes. Could be something else? Because you will need that, too.

You will have to decide if it's worth saving as there is a potential that you could spend all the money, but not be able to get it back together and functioning again.
