I have a 1999 Land Cruiser that I just installed some 35-in tires on. It has a 3-in lift from OME with their heavy duty torsion arms. I'm looking for upper control arms with adjustable offset ball joints so I can get my alignment better than what it was with 33s. Those tires only lasted me 25k

I’d go Dobinsons if I was shopping for a new set today.

I'm reading this and that about SPC. Some love it, some don't. but that's just my personal take based on what I read here.

I personally went not adjustable and have the lift as well as UCA from Dobinson. I guess a few 1.000 people driving this in Australia show that a) it robust and b) it can be aligned. In my first alignment shot I just didn't have the torsion bars cranked enough so that the 3 degree offset in the UCA were in range. I'm very close, but will have the final alignment done once I have the front bumper/ winch hanging and the TBs adjusted.

You may want to think about a diff drop bracket as well, to ease the CV axle angles.
I run SPC UCA's and haven't had any issues but those who state they have had issues state upper ball joints wearing out fast.
The place I use for alignments has a tech who is a Toyota enthusiast and is familiar with SPC's and how to set them, which is nice.

With that description, SPC is about the only UCA that fits your “requirements”.

I’ve got (1) with SPC UCAs, (1) with Nitro UCAs, and (1) with Trail Tailor UCAs.
