Ok since lifting my 2016 460 and putting 285 tires on with the plus 1 offset the rear lower parts of my front doors are getting blasted from kick up from the tires. Has anyone found or comeup with an aftermarket larger than stock mudflap

There should be a lot of aftermarket mudflaps considering all the hillbillies with huge tires and 18" lifts!
Seriously, there really should be quite a few choices, albeit, finding one that'll look good may be a challenge.
I don't mean to be flippant, but just start Googling "aftermarket mud flaps" . You could even find some with the chrome reclining naked girl, or devil girl on it!
I just did a quick search and came up with tons.

I use mudflap for same reason. Trying to keep dirt and salts from basting the undercarriage.
Not really 460 but similar concepts will work.

Front is attached to a hole below body mount using angled bracket and some straight piece of galvanized steel.

Rear are angled galvanized steel bolted to threaded hole on the frame.

Recycling some old muflaps from 87 Hilux.
The wing nuts makes it easily removable for heavy off road use.

Try searching for prado 150 mud flaps. They’d probably fit I’m sure the guys from Oz are running something aftermarket since flares and flaps are required by law o
if running larger tires.

You might want to try the universal rally armor mud flaps. They have 2 sizes, I got the shorter one. Easy to install as long as you make a template first. I only drilled extra holes in the rear liner, otherwise I used the existing liner screws. The mud flaps are flexible but don't flap around.

I was hesitant in adding mud flaps since I cutoff the stock rear ones and I didn't want to risk the flaps getting caught on something on a trail. However, I got sick of rock chips and the car getting dirty every time I went over a street puddle. There's a lot of flex on these mud flaps and I haven't had a problem with them so far.

Somewhere on here I posted 150 series Prado mudflaps on Amazon. They're actually made for the 150!
Amazon product ASIN B086BZPH3Xin case you missed it...
