After Ladder/surfboard rack ideas

Has anyone got photos of some sort of ladder rack for a 40 with a bikini top? im just looking for photos or ideas so i can make one myself.

Here was a rack on my my 79. Sorry its not a very good pic , its when I was building my trailer.

On a 40 I had several years ago I carried a canoe around over the top. I welded a piece of pipe vertically behind the front and rear bumpers. Then I got the next smallest pipe that would slide into it and made a "T" I drilled holes in both pipes where they intersected and put a keeper pin in them to hold them together. The canoe would ride on top of the "T"'s with no problems. I could take the rack off with little effort. worked well.
