Almost done with paint on the sliders and bumper/tire carrier.

Finished installing armor yesterday, really happy with the quality from BIOR. Rear bumper went on no problem, excellent fit. Sliders were a problem with my drop brackets, which I knew would be the case before I ordered them. I was planning on just welding on the front drivers side arm, but after lining it up realized it would take cutting into the arm and not just the mount on the slider. Doable, but decided to just ditch the drop brackets.

Now I have to decide what kind of caster correction to run, haven't researched the different caster plates yet. Are they too much caster for 850J's with no spacers? Or may try out SLEE's new trunion bearings. I have some research to do. On a side note, I was expecting it to be way more jittery than it is without caster correction.

The side wings lined up perfectly with the bottom of the chopped rear quarters

Used herculiner on the top of the sliders so the kids don't slip and break a leg.

My rear fenders are pretty bad and would need to cut them off like you did but I'm to nervous to do it.

Great color combo....paint the exposed metal in the front black and I should just fade away..

I looks great. The bumpers are sweet.

Thanks, I'm real happy with the BIOR quality and design.

I do need to black out behind the bumper, I think it would look great too.

Same here my welding experience is I once stick to pieces of metal together. But I do have a crappy welder in the garage. How did you cut the sheet metal? Did make template and have shop cut it?

Traced the cardboard template onto some sheet metal and cut it out with a jigsaw. Worked really well.

DudeAbides,
I am thinking of following your lines but with an Orange color. It looks great man.... now just to save up to get all the other goodies that you have!!!!!

I think that would look great too, I actually almost did dark burnt orange.
