Advice on price for parts needed for a 2FE

Hi all,

I was wondering if $125 w/ shipping is a fair price for the Fuel Rail, Injectors, Entire intake manifold, wiring harness, and ECU off a 3FE? I am going to be doing a 2FE conversion on my 2F and found some parts.

Sounds fair to me. Would not also need a head for fitting the injectors?
