Advice / Rust on 2015 Lexus LX 570 (1 Viewer)

For context / Under 50k miles asking 44k in TX, truck was from the north east, carmax assured me they don't sell rusty vehicles ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Is this rust a deal breaker? Thoughts on what it might cost to get it treated/removed?

That slight orange patina isn’t significant. If I liked the vehicle, that slight surface rust wouldn’t stop me from buying it at all.
If you get it, you could spend an hour one weekend with some linseed oil & a brush & just coat all the orange parts. It’ll protect it.
