Hi, i am very new on the troopy. Just wondering is there any tips to fix gutter rust like this? Preferable not including welding as i dont have the skill or resources to do that

For context / Under 50k miles asking 44k in TX, truck was from the north east, carmax assured me they don't sell rusty vehicles ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Is this rust a deal breaker? Thoughts on what it might cost to get it treated/removed? Appreciate any help, thanks!
