We are up to 70 people. We need volunteers for trail leaders and other activities. We are offering very reasonable (highlly discounted rates) for anyone that volunteers. We will still need you to register and I can give the volunteer code.

Also, we would like the club out there. Any ideas on how to make that happen? ;<) We will absolutely make sure the club is together.

And Thursday night camping is now allowed. We will probably be there Wednesday night to get set up.

Aaaw great! I wish I knew the Thursday Camping news night thing back when I was making my work plans! I read that update and must have skipped over that part! Great idea though.

Looking forward to this event.
More questions for you-

1. Saturday food is provided, right? I remember reading about a BBQ or something
2. Is Friday meal also provided?
3. Are the trail rides included in the price or do we need to purchase a URE pass in addition?
4. How do we prove that we paid when we get there?
5. If we are planning on camping with friends and we don't all get there at the same time is there a way to find each other or do we just call each other and coordinate that when we get there
6. Are we allowed to park at our camping spots? I see a big area on the map labeled "Parking". If no, what about those with rooftop tents or that use their rigs as generators?

1 and 2. No food. Numders are not there.
3. U have to purchase a trail pass.
4. We have the list from website
5. U can camp together. First people mark plenty of space with coolers.
6. Yes. Camping spots include parking at sites
 
Thank you all do much for attending. I led 5 trail rides over 2 days with 10 plus vehicles. All makes and models. And had a subie go all the way up the back of Daniel.
