Additional 90K Things to Do?

I know there are threads on this but couldn't find any.

Doing the standard 90K service next week, and other than optional things (differential/transfer oil change, re-pack wheel bearings, and upper/lower coolant hoses), are there other considerations to do preventive maintenance/replacement on?

I was thinking of replacing radiator but mechanic suggested otherwise, saying it would likely be unnecessary.
