One of the things I miss about my 80 is the 2nd gear start. Since the 100 with the same transmission as the Sequoia has it, has anyone looked into adding it to our trucks? I’ve tried to find wiring diagrams of both trucks to see where and how the switch is wired up and if it’s something as simple as manually triggering the 2nd gear solenoid, or if it’s done inside the ECU. The diagrams I’ve found seem to be incomplete and didn’t show anything about the button on the hundy.
Anyone looked into this or done it, and would anyone be able to point me in the direction of complete wiring diagrams for an 05-07 Sequoia and the same year range 100 series?
