Recently acquired a 2010 200 but the AC will only work properly if the cool box is turned on. If the box is off, ac button is on, then it works for a few minutes but then the air goes to warm.

If cool box is on, ac cranks cold as it should.

I have already verified blender door is working, reset the entire vehicle by unplugging battery and watching the screen cycle through a restart, and can visibly see the ac condenser fan kicking on.

Any thoughts on how to fix this to run ac when the cool box is off?

Yes I have checked the screen and it shows that it is selected. I’ve tried cycling the button on and off as well

Welcome to Mud! That’s odd behavior, it’s usually the other way around, where the cool box won’t work if the AC is off. I haven’t heard of your problem before. Is there a reset procedure for the multi function display for the ‘10?

If there is a way to reset it, I don’t know. I do know that I unplugged the battery and I watched the display run through a reboot type of process. It didn’t change anything.

Going from memory, but it's in here somewhere. Turn on truck - Hold Disp button - Turn parking lights on and off 3 times - should pull up service menu where you can reset codes. I believe the pleats in the cabin filter should run east/west relative to the truck (windshield being north).

You are awesome. While I didn’t see any codes, I just reset the whole thing and now it seems to be working as should! Thanks a ton!!

I never turn my cool box off. Love the thing and I have a 60 qt fridge in back.

I’ve read enough reports of the fan going out and knowing the whole interior has to come out to service it, I tend to use mine only when needed.

But it’s awesome when it is running.
